Today we start the trecena (thirteen-day cycle) of KAWOQ. The previous trecena guided us through the death of the old and whatever was not ours. Now, KAWOQ will help us clear the obstacles for us to be reborn. We can emphasize our intentions and weave them in our wombs or haras, preparing for our rebirth. This cycle invites us to go beyond our limiting beliefs and gestate a new dream.
We energetically manifest our immediate reality (consciously and unconsciously), but at the same time, we are also living the collective dream/reality. KAWOQ will guide us to observe what energies from the collective are holding us back from truly manifesting our highest potential so we can disconnect from them. Otherwise, we will be just repeating patterns from our ancestors or do what is expected from us without honoring our unique path.
It is important to consciously create from our essence that is always in the present, so we stop getting entangled in whatever we created in the past. KAWOQ sometimes brings some challenges to our lives, so we can dare to let go of something we are not, but we have believed it is.
You can ask the sacred energies to help you remember how to harmonize with the natural cycles, synchronize to Mother Earth’s heartbeat, and awaken the ancient wisdom we inherited from her and our ancestors. Our bodies have the ability to heal, helped by energy and nature.
It is a good day to explore what makes us unique, awaken and strengthen our gifts, and remember our medicine to share it with our community. Experience the blessing of sharing something with others. A good day to celebrate the knowledge of plant medicine and Medicine women and men.

Hoy comenzamos la trecena de KAWOQ. La trecena anterior nos guió a través de la muerte de lo viejo y de lo que no era nuestro. Ahora, KAWOQ nos ayudará a despejar los obstáculos para que podamos renacer. Podemos enfatizar nuestras intenciones y tejerlas en nuestros vientres o haras, preparándonos para nuestro renacimiento. Este ciclo nos invita a ir más allá de nuestras creencias limitantes y a gestar un nuevo sueño.
Manifestamos energéticamente nuestra realidad inmediata (consciente e inconscientemente), pero al mismo tiempo, también estamos viviendo el sueño/realidad colectiva. KAWOQ nos guiará para que observemos qué energías del colectivo nos impiden manifestar realmente nuestro máximo potencial, para que podamos desconectarnos de ellas. De lo contrario, sólo estaremos repitiendo patrones de nuestros ancestros o haciendo lo que se espera de nosotr@s sin honrar nuestro camino único.
Es importante crear conscientemente desde nuestra esencia, que siempre está en el presente, para dejar de enredarnos en lo que creamos en el pasado. KAWOQ a veces trae algunos retos a nuestra vida, para que nos atrevamos a dejar ir algo que no somos, pero que hemos creído que somos.
Puedes pedir a las energías sagradas que te ayuden a recordar cómo armonizarte con los ciclos naturales, sincronizarte con el latido de la Madre Tierra y despertar la antigua sabiduría que heredamos de ella y de nuestros antepasados. Nuestros cuerpos tienen la capacidad de sanar, ayudados por la energía y la naturaleza.
