Today we can pay attention to how we communicate with ourselves. What is our inner dialogue? Is it empowering or diminishing? If we pay attention, we may be surprised how often we say negative things to ourselves. Our thoughts, beliefs, inner dialogues, and verbal affirmations create our reality. Most of us keep repeating the same ones by habit.
Energy creates matter, so it is important to pay attention to what energy we are putting out and make the proper changes. Just as an exercise, try saying nice things to yourself and feel the energetic difference it makes.
We can also pay attention to how we communicate with others. Are we saying nice things about others or just gossiping about the negative things we find on them? Do we speak our truth, or are we afraid to do so for any reason? When we don’t express how we feel or don’t speak for ourselves, that energy can get stuck in our body, creating physical problems.
Today’s energy also invites us to reconnect with our Soul. We hardly take a moment in our busy lives to come to silence, observe inside of us, be conscious with our breath, and feel. Try practicing more often to stay in the present moment instead of investing your energy in the past or future. Interesting and powerful things come up when we do that. It is a good day for clearing the mind and healing from deep sadness or grief.
**IQ’ represents the wind, the breath of life, the soul, purity, and clarity. It is the energy that brings renovation, changes, and ideas. It purifies the body, mind, and spirit.
IQ’ is all the invisible space existing in matter; atoms are mostly space. IQ’ also is very connected to the dream world and dreamwork, to learn to understand the messages we receive in dreams. It is connected to the crystals and stones, with their amazing properties. It is represented by the hummingbird.
IQ’ also represent communication; first with our higher self and guides, and then with others. It is connected to the moon and how it influences us through its cycle.

Hoy podemos prestar atención a cómo nos comunicamos con nosotr@s mism@s. ¿Cuál es nuestro diálogo interno? ¿Nos empodera o nos disminuye? Si prestamos atención, nos sorprenderá la frecuencia con la que nos decimos cosas negativas a nosotr@s mism@s. Nuestros pensamientos, creencias, diálogos interiores y afirmaciones verbales crean nuestra realidad. La mayoría de nosotr@s repetimos las mismas por costumbre. La energía crea la materia, así que es importante prestar atención a la energía que emitimos y hacer los cambios adecuados. Como ejercicio, prueba a decirte cosas bonitas a ti mism@ y siente la diferencia energética que trae.
También podemos prestar atención a cómo nos comunicamos con los demás. ¿Decimos cosas agradables sobre los demás o sólo chismeamos las cosas negativas que encontramos en ell@s? ¿Hablamos desde nuestra verdad o tenemos miedo de hacerlo por alguna razón? Cuando no expresamos lo que sentimos o no hablamos por nosotr@s mism@s, esa energía puede quedarse atascada en nuestro cuerpo, creando problemas físicos.
La energía de hoy también nos invita a reconectar con nuestra Alma. Intenta practicar más a menudo el permanecer en el momento presente en lugar de invertir tu energía en el pasado o el futuro. Cuando lo hacemos surgen cosas interesantes y poderosas. Este es un buen día para despejar la mente y sanar de la tristeza o el dolor profundos.
