The wind can be calm, caressing us and communicating with us, or can come as strong as a hurricane, destroying anything that doesn’t have a strong structure or root, helping us let go of what doesn’t belong to our true self or dismantling illusions. IQ’ brings the winds of change.
IQ’ invites us to reconnect with our Soul purpose. We can change the focus from the distraction of whatever is happening outside of us that keeps us plugged in fear towards the truth that resides inside us. We can use our breath to come back to the present moment. The first thing we do when we are born is breathe in, and the last thing we do before leaving this earth plane is breathe out. The breath is the force of our Soul expressing itself through our physical body.
Today is a good day to ask for purification, a good day for clearing the mind and healing from deep sadness or grief. Many old strong emotions may be coming up for us to be released. We can use breathwork to help us move stuck energy in our physical bodies.
**IQ’ represents the wind, the breath of life, the soul, purity, and clarity. It is the energy that brings renovation, changes, and ideas. It purifies the body, mind, and spirit.
IQ’ is all the invisible space existing in matter; atoms are mostly space. IQ’ also is very connected to the dream world and dreamwork, to learn to understand the messages we receive in dreams. It is connected to the crystals and stones, with their amazing properties. It is represented by the hummingbird.
IQ’ also represent communication; first with our higher self and guides, and then with others. It is connected to the moon and how it influences us through its cycle.
**The number 11 brings things up to the surface to be seen, to work with them, heal them, transmute them, integrate them, or unplug from them. These things that come up may seem like tests but if we take responsibility for them, they will bring higher knowledge.

Hoy es un buen día para pedir purificación, un buen día para aclarar la mente y sanar de una profunda tristeza o pena. Muchas viejas y fuertes emociones pueden estar surgiendo para que las liberemos. Podemos utilizar la respiración para ayudarnos a mover la energía atascada en nuestro cuerpo físico.
**IQ’ representa el viento, el aliento de vida, el alma, la pureza y la claridad. Es la energía que trae renovación, cambios e ideas. Purifica el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu.
IQ’ es todo el espacio invisible que existe en la materia; los átomos son en su mayoría espacio. IQ’ también está muy conectado con el mundo de los sueños y el trabajo de los sueños, para aprender a entender los mensajes que recibimos en los sueños. IQ’ también representa la comunicación; primero con nuestro ser superior y nuestros guías, y luego con los demás. Está relacionado con la luna y cómo influye en nosotros a través de su ciclo.
