Today is an invitation to consciously leave behind unhealthy patterns that we don’t want to continue on this new cycle, stand up straight, and step into being the ones that lead our destiny. We cannot start anything new if we don’t let go of old habits and patterns, as these will bring more of the old. Most of what we think we are or how we conduct ourselves in life has been learned or inherited.
Remember that on this trecena (thirteen-day cycle) of IQ’ we are working on remembering our Soul, our Essence.
The more we let go of what we are not or do not own, the more we can truly see who we are and start the journey back home.
AJ reminds us of the importance of grounding ourselves in Mother Earth and connecting with Father Sky to nourish ourselves with these energies that flow within us. Stretch your back daily to help the energy flow freely through your spine. Walk barefoot or lay on the grass as often as you can. This helps to reconnect with the natural and healing frequency of Earth.
**AJ represents the corn stalk, the trees, and the staff of leadership. It is the pillar that connects the cosmic and telluric energies, the pillar of strength. It symbolizes the triumph of life over death. It is related to home and coming back to the origin.
It represents the spine in our body, in which the inner fire moves up to activate our dormant power. AJ is connected to social projection and community work. It is the energy connected to moral codes, ethics, and the path of initiation.
**The number 12 is the energy to close cycles; it can act as a catalyst.

Hoy es una invitación a dejar atrás conscientemente los patrones insanos que no queremos que continúen en este nuevo ciclo, a ponernos de pie y a dar un paso adelante para ser l@s que dirigimos nuestro destino. No podemos empezar nada nuevo si no dejamos ir viejos hábitos y patrones, ya que estos traerán más de lo viejo. La mayor parte de lo que pensamos que somos o de cómo nos comportamos en la vida ha sido aprendido o heredado.
Recuerda que en esta trecena (ciclo de trece días) de IQ’ estamos trabajando en recordar nuestra Alma, nuestra Esencia. Cuanto más soltemos lo que no somos o no poseemos, más podremos ver realmente quiénes somos e iniciar el viaje de vuelta a casa.
AJ nos recuerda la importancia de enraizarnos en la Madre Tierra y conectar con el Padre Cielo para nutrirnos de estas energías que fluyen en nuestro interior. Estira la espalda a diario para ayudar a que la energía fluya libremente por la columna vertebral. Camina descalz@ o túmbate en la hierba siempre que puedas. Esto ayuda a reconectar con la frecuencia natural y curativa de la Tierra.
**AJ representa el tallo del maíz, los árboles y el bastón de mando. Es el pilar que conecta las energías cósmicas y telúricas, el pilar de la fuerza. Simboliza el triunfo de la vida sobre la muerte. Está relacionado con el hogar y el regreso al origen.
Representa la columna vertebral de nuestro cuerpo, en la que el fuego interior asciende para activar nuestro poder dormido. AJ está relacionado con la proyección social y el trabajo comunitario. Es la energía relacionada con los códigos morales, la ética y el camino de la iniciación.
