Today we can pay attention to how we communicate with ourselves. What is our inner dialogue? Is it empowering or diminishing? Do you set time aside to connect with your inner guidance? We can also pay attention to how we communicate with others. Do we speak our truth, or are we afraid to do so for any reason?
Is there still something that needs closure in your life, or maybe there is something your Soul has been carrying for lifetimes? Today you can work with closing cycles, to give space for the new to come.
We can connect with ourselves and clear stuck energy through breathwork. Our breath is the force of our Soul expressing itself through our physical body. The first thing we do when we are born is breathe in, and the last thing we do before leaving this earth plane is breathe out. We can use our breath consciously to purify ourselves and connect to our ever-present consciousness.
**IQ’ represents the wind, the breath of life, the soul, purity, and clarity. It is the energy that brings renovation, changes, and ideas. It purifies the body, mind, and spirit.
IQ’ is all the invisible space existing in matter; atoms are mostly space. IQ’ also is very connected to the dream world and dreamwork, to learn to understand the messages we receive in dreams. It is connected to the crystals and stones, with their amazing properties. It is represented by the hummingbird.
IQ’ also represents communication; first with our higher self and guides, and then with others. It is connected to the moon and how it influences us through its cycle.
**The number 12 is the energy to close cycles; it can act as a catalyst.

En este día podemos prestar atención a cómo nos comunicamos con nosotr@s mism@s. ¿Cuál es nuestro diálogo interior? ¿Nos potencia o nos disminuye? ¿Participas en un tiempo para conectar con tu guía interior? También podemos prestar atención a cómo nos comunicamos con l@s demás. ¿Hablamos desde nuestra verdad o tenemos miedo de hacerlo por alguna razón?
¿Hay algo que todavía necesita ser cerrado en tu vida, o tal vez hay algo que tu Alma ha estado cargando durante vidas? Hoy puedes trabajar con el cierre de ciclos, para dar espacio a lo nuevo que viene.
Podemos conectar con nosotr@s mism@s y limpiar la energía atascada a través del trabajo de la respiración. Nuestra respiración es la fuerza de nuestra Alma expresándose a través de nuestro cuerpo físico. Lo primero que hacemos cuando nacemos es inspirar, y lo último que hacemos antes de dejar este plano terrestre es espirar. Podemos usar nuestra respiración conscientemente para purificarnos y conectar con nuestra conciencia siempre presente.
**IQ’ representa el viento, el aliento de vida, el alma, la pureza y la claridad. Es la energía que trae renovación, cambios e ideas. Purifica el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu.
IQ’ es todo el espacio invisible que existe en la materia; los átomos son en su mayoría espacio. IQ’ también está muy conectado con el mundo de los sueños y el trabajo de los sueños, para aprender a entender los mensajes que recibimos en ellos. Está conectado con los cristales y las piedras, con sus increíbles propiedades. Está representado por el colibrí.
IQ’ también representa la comunicación; primero con nuestro ser superior y nuestros guías, y luego con los demás. Está relacionado con la luna y cómo influye en nosotr@s a través de su ciclo.
