The energy of this day helps us reflect on all the things we have learned from challenging times. There is a reason for the challenging moments, the difficult people, and the relationships we experience in our lives. They come to teach us something inside of us.
Today we have the opportunity to reflect on what we’ve learned from our life experiences. If we don’t do this, they will keep repeating with different people and scenarios. Instead of dwelling on what we think are mistakes, we can see what we have learned, the insights, and the opportunity for change those experiences brought. There is the reason we had to experience them, to grow, evolve, heal, and share the wisdom they brought.
NO’J reminds us to pay attention to our thoughts and discern which of them are ours and which are not. It is very beneficial to learn how to silence the chatter of the mind and turn it on receptive mode to access higher knowledge and understanding.
**NO’J represents the ability to transform knowledge and experience into wisdom. It brings clarity of mind and connection with the universal and cosmic mind.
Our brain helps us experience and communicate in our daily life, but can also be an antenna for intergalactic and interdimensional communication. NO’J reminds us to balance the two hemispheres of our brain to perceive beyond our 5 senses.
NO’J helps manifest an idea, no matter how advanced. It is the capacity to bring change. It will impulse us in our quest for deep truth, and dropping the sense of limitation. It represents nobility, patience, and caution. It is represented by the woodpecker.

La energía de este día nos ayuda a reflexionar sobre todo lo que hemos aprendido de los momentos difíciles. Hay una razón para los momentos desafiantes, las personas difíciles y las relaciones que experimentamos en nuestras vidas. Vienen a enseñarnos algo dentro nuestro.
Hoy tenemos la oportunidad de reflexionar sobre lo que hemos aprendido de nuestras experiencias de vida e integrarlas. Si no lo hacemos, se seguirán repitiendo con diferentes personas y escenarios.
En lugar de detenernos en lo que pensamos que son errores, podemos ver lo que hemos aprendido, las percepciones y la oportunidad de cambio que nos brindaron esas experiencias. Ahí está la razón por la que tuvimos que experimentarlas, para crecer, evolucionar, sanar y compartir la sabiduría que nos aportaron.
NO’J nos recuerda que debemos prestar atención a nuestros pensamientos y discernir cuáles son nuestros y cuáles no. Es muy beneficioso aprender a silenciar el parloteo de la mente y ponerla en modo receptivo para acceder al conocimiento y la comprensión superiores.
