Today is a good day to make room for the energy of transformation. What may seem like a challenge is an opportunity for change. Old things are coming up to be released. They will mainly manifest in our bodies or things happening around us. That doesn’t mean that we are doing something “wrong” or it is a step back on our journey. On the contrary, we are just shown the imbalance and energetic charge behind it that needs to be released, so more of our authentic self can step forward.
Midwives clear the obstacles for the new baby to be born. The energy of KAWOQ does that with us; it shows us what we need to clear to embody our Spirit self, more and more, experiencing a feeling of rebirth.
Today we can observe all the mirrors that show up as our personal relationships. Most of the time, it is not about someone else but what that person is trying to show us about ourselves, our blind spots.
KAWOQ represents the womb. Women have it physically in their bodies and men, energetically. Here, we store repressed emotions, and sometimes even ancestral wounds. Women can connect today with their womb, and men can focus on their haras, the energetic center below the belly button. We can do any exercise or meditation to activate this powerful energetic center and bring light and healing to it.
Today is also a good day to do a temazcal (sweat lodge), as it represents the womb of Mother Earth.
**KAWOQ reminds us of the importance of knowing ourselves as individuals in order to know our place in our community. The general, starting from the individual. This energy represents the bonds with our family, community, and tribe. It reminds us of the genetic codes we inherited from our ancestors and those we pass on to future generations.
It is represented by the turtle, which carries in its shell the lunar calendar. KAWOQ holds the wisdom of the natural cycles, the importance of knowing our own cycles in our lives, and learning to flow with them. It is an energy of transformation, regeneration, and detachment.
KAWOQ is a day when midwives and medicine women are honored, who keep the feminine wisdom, the knowledge of working with medicinal plants, and womb healing. It is an energy of abundance, which invites us to connect with Mother Earth. This energy attracts rain for our crops.

Hoy es un buen día para dar cabida a la energía de la transformación. Lo que puede parecer un reto es una oportunidad para el cambio. Cosas viejas están surgiendo para ser liberadas. Se manifestarán principalmente en nuestro cuerpo o en las cosas que suceden a nuestro alrededor. Esto no significa que estemos haciendo algo “malo” o que sea un paso atrás en nuestro viaje. Por el contrario, sólo se nos muestra el desequilibrio y la carga energética que hay detrás y que necesita ser liberada, para que más de nuestro auténtico ser pueda dar un paso adelante.
Las comadronas despejan los obstáculos para que nazca el nuevo bebé. La energía de KAWOQ hace eso con nosotr@s; nos muestra lo que necesitamos limpiar para encarnar nuestro ser espiritual cada vez más, experimentando un sentimiento de renacimiento.
Hoy podemos observar todos los espejos que se muestran como nuestras relaciones personales. La mayoría de las veces, no se trata de la otra persona sino de lo que esa persona está tratando de mostrarnos sobre nosotr@s mism@s, nuestros puntos ciegos.
KAWOQ representa el útero. Las mujeres lo tienen físicamente en su cuerpo y los hombres, energéticamente. Aquí almacenamos emociones reprimidas, y a veces incluso heridas ancestrales. Las mujeres pueden conectarse hoy con su útero, y los hombres pueden concentrarse en su haras, el centro energético debajo del ombligo. Podemos hacer cualquier ejercicio o meditación para activar este poderoso centro energético y llevarle luz y sanación.

KAWOQ es un día en el que se honra a las comadronas y a las mujeres medicina, que guardan la sabiduría femenina, el conocimiento del trabajo con las plantas medicinales y la sanación del útero. Es una energía de abundancia, que nos invita a conectar con la Madre Tierra. Esta energía atrae la lluvia para nuestros cultivos.
