Energy for Saturday, August 13, 2022 / Energía para el 13 de Agosto de 2022
The energy of this day reminds us of the importance of living in coherence. Sometimes we feel something or receive something intuitively, but we doubt it with our mind and end up saying or doing something completely different. That is not honoring our spiritual connection.
Part of the spiritual journey is to move from our head towards the heart. And then to our center below the belly button. It is important for these three centers to work as one, to activate our power as cocreators aligned with our Soul’s purpose. Otherwise, we may feel lost and/or fragmented.
Today we can pay attention to how we communicate with ourselves. What is our inner dialogue? Is it empowering or diminishing? Do you set time aside to connect with your inner guidance? We can also pay attention to how we communicate with others. Do we speak our truth, or are we afraid to do so for any reason? Are our words for others kind and empowering or judgmental?
Today’s energy invites us to reconnect with our Soul to start understanding why we came here. We hardly take a moment in our busy lives to come to silence, observe inside of us, be conscious with our breath, and feel. Try practicing more often to stay in the present moment instead of investing your energy in the past or future. Interesting and powerful things come up when we do that. It is a good day for clearing the mind and healing from deep sadness or grief.
Try paying attention to your dreams, as they are a powerful tool the Soul uses to communicate with us. You can start with a dream journal as a language to tell your subconscious mind that you want to start paying attention. With time, you will start seeing patterns in them and will discover your own language in them.
**IQ’ represents the wind, the breath of life, the soul, purity, and clarity. It brings renovation, changes, and ideas. It purifies body, mind, and spirit.
IQ’ is all the invisible space existing in matter. IQ’ is also connected to the dream world and dreamwork, to learn to understand the messages we receive in dreams. It is the realm of crystals and stones. It is represented by the hummingbird.
IQ’ is connected to the moon and how it influences us through its cycles. It also represents communication. It brings work with the throat chakra and reminds us of the power of sound through our voice.
**Number 3 represents the alchemy that happens when the opposite energies integrate. It also represents the three main centers inside us and the three worlds: the upper world, the middle world, and the underworld. It is also the number of creation and creativity.

La energía de este día nos recuerda la importancia de vivir en coherencia. A veces sentimos algo o recibimos algo intuitivamente, pero lo dudamos con nuestra mente y terminamos diciendo o haciendo algo completamente diferente. Eso no es honrar nuestra conexión espiritual.
Parte del viaje espiritual es moverse desde nuestra cabeza hacia el corazón. Y luego hacia nuestro centro debajo del ombligo. Es importante que estos tres centros trabajen como uno solo, para activar nuestro poder como cocreadores alineados con el propósito de nuestra Alma. De lo contrario, podemos sentirnos perdid@s y/o fragmentad@s.
Hoy podemos prestar atención a cómo nos comunicamos con nosotr@s mism@s. ¿Cuál es nuestro diálogo interior? ¿Es potenciador o disminuyente? ¿Participas en un tiempo para conectar con tu guía interior? También podemos prestar atención a cómo nos comunicamos con l@s demás. ¿Hablamos con nuestra verdad o tenemos miedo de hacerlo por alguna razón? ¿Nuestras palabras hacia l@s demás son amables y fortalecedoras o juzgan?
La energía de hoy nos invita a reconectar con nuestra Alma para empezar a entender por qué hemos venido aquí. Apenas nos tomamos un momento en nuestras ajetreadas vidas para venir al silencio, observar en nuestro interior, ser conscientes con nuestra respiración y sentir. Intenta practicar más a menudo el permanecer en el momento presente en lugar de invertir tu energía en el pasado o el futuro. Cuando lo hacemos surgen cosas interesantes y poderosas. Es un buen día para despejar la mente y sanar de la tristeza o el dolor profundos.
Intenta prestar atención a tus sueños, ya que son una poderosa herramienta que el Alma utiliza para comunicarse con nosotr@s. Puedes empezar con un diario de sueños como lenguaje para decirle a tu subconsciente que quieres empezar a prestar atención. Con el tiempo, empezarás a ver patrones en ellos y descubrirás tu propio lenguaje en ellos.
