Energy for Friday, May 27, 2022 / Energía para el Viernes, 27 de Mayo de 2022
Today we can reflect on something that makes us feel bound, trapped, or blocked, something that does not let us move forward or feel free. Maybe we don’t even want to admit we feel trapped or bound. Maybe we prefer to tell ourselves everything is ok because we are more afraid of change or letting go of something or someone.
Today we need to find that empowerment to stop lying to ourselves, dare to free ourselves from something, and recover our energy.
The number three talks about coherence with what we feel, think, and do. Sometimes we intuitively feel something, but our mind doubts it or gives excuses, and we end up doing something else. Living in coherence requires being honest with ourselves.
We can ask the energy of K’AT to show us what ties us and have the strength and patience to untie ourselves or cut those ties if needed.
**K’AT represents the net. It can be in the form of the web, the things that trap or bind us, and/or the net to hold the “food for the future”. K’AT brings us the entanglements and trials in our lives, which always bring us learning. It is the energy to free ourselves from the obstacles that keep us from moving forward from the mental, emotional, energetic, and sometimes physical prisons that we often impose on ourselves or inherit.
It rewards patience. Once the obstacle or the entanglement has been overcome, we can store in that net what we have learned, “the food” that we can share with others.
**Number 3 represents the alchemy that happens when the opposite energies integrate. It also represents the three main centers inside us.

Hoy podemos reflexionar sobre algo que nos hace sentir atad@s, atrapad@s o bloquead@s, algo que no nos permite avanzar o sentirnos libres. Tal vez ni siquiera queramos admitir que nos sentimos atrapad@s o atad@s. Quizás preferimos decirnos a nosotr@s mism@s que todo está bien porque tenemos más miedo al cambio o a dejar ir algo o a alguien.
Hoy necesitamos encontrar ese empoderamiento para dejar de mentirnos a nosotr@s mism@s, atrevernos a liberarnos de algo y recobrar nuestra energía.
El número tres habla de la coherencia con lo que sentimos, pensamos y hacemos. A veces sentimos algo intuitivamente, pero nuestra mente lo duda o da excusas, y acabamos haciendo otra cosa. Vivir en coherencia requiere ser honest@s con nosotr@s mism@s.
Podemos pedir a la energía de K’AT que nos muestre lo que nos ata y tener la fuerza y la paciencia para desatarnos o cortar esas ataduras si es necesario.
**K’AT representa la red. Puede ser en las cosas que nos atrapan o nos atan, y/o la red para contener la “comida del futuro”. K’AT nos trae los enredos y las pruebas en nuestras vidas, que siempre nos traen el aprendizaje. Es la energía para liberarnos de los obstáculos que nos impiden avanzar desde las prisiones mentales, emocionales, energéticas y a veces físicas que muchas veces nos imponemos o heredamos.
Recompensa la paciencia. Una vez superado el obstáculo o el enredo, podemos almacenar en esa red lo que hemos aprendido, “el alimento” que podemos compartir con los demás.
**El número 3 representa la alquimia que se produce cuando las energías opuestas se integran. También representa los tres centros principales de nuestro interior.
