The wind can be calm, caressing and communicating with us, or can come as strong as a hurricane, destroying anything that doesn’t have a strong structure or root. Today, we can call the four pillars of existence to help us root to Mother Earth, to nurture us with her love, abundance, and ancient wisdom. Working with the four directions (Four Winds) helps us grow strong and tall, so nothing can break us.
IQ’ represents changes. On this trecena of KAWOQ, which also comes sometimes like a hurricane, we can let go of anything from the old paradigms. Without resistance, we can flow with ease through these changes.
We can use breathwork to help us move stuck energy in our physical bodies. IQ’ days are good for clearing the mind and healing from deep sadness or grief. Old strong emotions may be coming up for us to be released.
IQ’ invites us to reconnect with our Soul purpose. We can change the focus from the distraction of whatever is happening outside of us that keeps us plugged in low energy frequencies and focus on nurturing the energies inside us.
The entire soul with its high vibration cannot be contained in a physical body. Just part of our Soul is experiencing in the physical body, while the rest of it is free to explore in unlimited ways. Try paying attention to your dreams, as they are a powerful tool the soul uses to communicate with us and a tool we can use to take a sneak peek of what our Soul is experiencing in other realms.
**IQ’ represents the wind, the breath of life, the soul, purity, and clarity. It is the energy that brings renovation, changes, and ideas. It purifies the body, mind, and spirit.
IQ’ is all the invisible space existing in matter; atoms are mostly space. IQ’ also is very connected to the dream world and dreamwork, to learn to understand the messages we receive in dreams. It is connected to crystals and stones, with their amazing properties. The hummingbird represents it.
IQ’ also represents communication; first with our higher self and guides, and then with others. It is connected to the moon and how it influences us through its cycle.
**The number 4 represents the 4 pillars of the material world. Represents the four directions, the four elements, the four bodies (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual), the four kingdoms (human, animal, plant, and mineral), the four seasons, and the four stages of life.

El viento puede estar en calma, acariciando y comunicándose con nosotr@s, o puede venir tan fuerte como un huracán, destruyendo cualquier cosa que no tenga una estructura o raíz fuerte. Hoy podemos llamar a los cuatro pilares de la existencia para que nos ayuden a enraizarnos a la Madre Tierra, para que nos nutra con su amor, su abundancia y su antigua sabiduría. Trabajar con las cuatro direcciones (Cuatro Vientos) nos ayuda a crecer fuertes y alt@s, para que nada nos quiebre.
IQ’ representa los cambios. En esta trecena de KAWOQ, que también llega a veces como un huracán, podemos soltar todo lo de los viejos paradigmas. Sin resistencia, podemos fluir con facilidad a través de estos cambios.
Podemos utilizar la respiración para ayudarnos a mover la energía atascada en nuestros cuerpos físicos. Los días IQ’ son buenos para aclarar la mente y sanar de una profunda tristeza o pena. Es posible que surjan viejas y fuertes emociones para que las liberemos.
IQ’ nos invita a reconectar con el propósito de nuestra Alma. Podemos cambiar el enfoque de la distracción de cualquier cosa que esté sucediendo fuera que nos mantiene conectados en frecuencias de baja energía y enfocarnos en nutrir las energías dentro de nosotr@s.
Toda el alma con su alta vibración no puede ser contenida en un cuerpo físico. Sólo una parte de nuestra alma está experimentando en el cuerpo físico, mientras que el resto es libre de explorar de forma ilimitada. Intenta prestar atención a tus sueños, ya que son una poderosa herramienta que el alma utiliza para comunicarse con nosotr@s y una herramienta que podemos utilizar para echar un vistazo a lo que nuestra Alma está experimentando en otros reinos.
**IQ’ representa el viento, el aliento de vida, el alma, la pureza y la claridad. Es la energía que trae renovación, cambios e ideas. Purifica el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu.
IQ’ es todo el espacio invisible que existe en la materia; los átomos son en su mayoría espacio. IQ’ también está muy conectado con el mundo de los sueños y el trabajo de los sueños, para aprender a entender los mensajes que recibimos en los sueños. Está conectado con los cristales y las piedras, con sus increíbles propiedades. Está representado por el colibrí.
IQ’ también representa la comunicación; primero con nuestro ser superior y nuestros guías, y luego con los demás. Está relacionado con la luna y cómo influye en nosotros a través de su ciclo.
