We forget our essence by being distracted by the external and getting entangled in our story and other people’s energies and expectations. Things may seem chaotic outside, and the only way to find balance and answers is by connecting with our souls. It may sound cliché, but really it is not.
If we take time to reconnect with ourselves, we are able to see the bigger picture, understanding things from a higher perspective. Do you make time to connect with your inner guidance?
Today’s energy helps us connect with ourselves and clear some stuck energy. We can use breathwork, as our breath is the force of our Soul expressing itself through our physical body. It is a good day for clearing the mind and healing from deep sadness or grief. A lot of old strong emotions may be coming up to be released.
You can also pay attention to your dreams, as they bring awareness about things in your subconscious and bring messages from Spirit. You can also use your dreams to travel through ethereal realms to receive guidance, insight, and wisdom if you wish.
Have your dreams been different lately? As we are in a trecena of recapitulation and purification, new information may come to the surface through our dreams. You may be dreaming about people from the past or having weird or vivid dreams. This could indicate that your mind is processing stuff from your subconscious.
Everyone has their own language and symbolism in dreams. If you are just starting to pay attention to your dreams, try not to understand them with your mind. Better connect with the feelings or emotions they bring.
**IQ’ represents the wind, the breath of life, the soul, purity, and clarity. It is the energy that brings renovation, changes, and ideas. It purifies the body, mind, and spirit.
