Some people tend to separate physical experiences from spiritual ones, but they cannot be separated. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. The difference is if we are aware of it or not. Our souls came to experience what is to be incarnated.
We can connect with our spiritual essence in our daily life and through things that may seem ordinary. The key is to be present in anything we do, even when doing the dishes. By observing our life experiences and interactions with others, we can understand a lot about ourselves.
E’ brings the spirit of adventure. Don’t be afraid of exploring and making mistakes. For spirit, there is no such thing as mistakes. It is all about the experiences and what we learn from them.
Also, don’t feel you are doing something “wrong” if you encounter an obstacle in your path. As someone said, sometimes the obstacle is the path. Being present helps us not to get entangled in those obstacles. We came to have the physical experience without getting lost in it. We get to choose what we take from our life experiences or use them to remember who we really are.
We tend to focus on the distance left to walk to where we want to go and feel it is far away. We feel discouraged or feel we are not walking fast enough. Try to turn around and see how much you have walked so far, and you will see you have already walked a significant distance. You are walking, but one step at a time, without any rush.
**E’ symbolizes the spiritual and sacred path, and each step we take towards our destiny. It is the energy of traveling or journeying in the physical or ethereal realms. It represents the ladder that communicates the middle world with the upper and lower worlds.
This energy is of conciliation between different visions or points of view. It indicates the middle, the intermediary. It is the aspect of life to look for realization in all situations. E is the energy connected to merchants, businesses, projects, and the journey of life.

Algunas personas tienden a separar las experiencias físicas de las espirituales, pero no se pueden separar. Somos seres espirituales teniendo una experiencia física. La diferencia es si somos conscientes de ello o no. Nuestras almas vinieron a experimentar lo que es estar encarnad@.
Podemos conectar con nuestra esencia espiritual en nuestra vida diaria y a través de cosas que pueden parecer ordinarias. La clave es estar presentes en cualquier cosa que hagamos, incluso cuando lavamos los platos.
E’ trae el espíritu de aventura. No tengas miedo de explorar y cometer errores. Para el espíritu, los errores no existen. Se trata de tener experiences y lo que aprendemos de ellas.
Tampoco sientas que estás haciendo algo “mal” si encuentras un obstáculo en tu camino. Como alguien dijo, a veces el obstáculo es el camino. Estar presentes nos ayuda a no enredarnos en esos obstáculos. Venimos a tener la experiencia física sin perdernos en ella. Podemos elegir lo que tomamos de nuestras experiencias de vida o utilizarlas para recordar quiénes somos realmente.
Tendemos a centrarnos en la distancia que nos queda para llegar a donde queremos ir y sentimos que está muy lejos. Nos sentimos desanimad@s o sentimos que no caminamos lo suficientemente rápido. Intenta darte la vuelta y ver cuánto has caminado hasta ahora, y verás que ya has caminado una distancia significativa. Estás caminando, pero un paso a la vez, sin ninguna prisa.
**E’ simboliza el camino espiritual y sagrado, y cada paso que damos hacia nuestro destino. Es la energía de viajar en los reinos físicos o etéreos. Representa la escalera que comunica el mundo medio con los mundos superior e inferior.
Esta energía es de conciliación entre diferentes visiones o puntos de vista. Indica el medio, el intermediario. Es el aspecto de la vida que busca la realización en todas las situaciones. E’ es la energía conectada a los comerciantes, negocios, proyectos y el viaje de la vida.
