As the energy of Kame represents the ancestors and all the ethereal beings “on the other side of the veil”, this day invites us to become a bridge between the spirit and physical realms. Most people tend to separate these, but that doesn’t make sense. The physical wouldn’t exist without Spirit, but Spirit can exist without the physical. Just because we don’t experience the spirit realms with our five senses, it doesn’t mean they don’t exist. It means we need to learn to see and feel beyond our five senses.
We can connect with the spirit realms without diminishing the importance of our physical experience as humans. We are spirits having a physical experience after all.
The energy of this day reminds us that our guides and ancestors are always walking with us. All we need to do is look inside to feel them because they are part of us. On Kame days, we honor our ancestors and the ancestors of the land we live in. We strengthen the relationship we have with them. We thank them and ask for their protection and guidance. We can also call for the activation of the gifts and strengths we inherited from them.
If today you feel you miss someone who is no longer on this Earth plane, remember that for Spirit there is no separation, time, or space. If you have a clear intention to reconnect with them, you will be able to feel them as part of you and enjoy the beautiful feeling that comes with that realization. We are never alone, even when physically may look that way.
**KAME represents the dimension of the Ancestors, and the ethereal beings. Is the blood and spiritual lineage. The ones that walk with us all the time, guiding and protecting us. Kame is represented by the owl, this magical animal capable of seeing in the dark and seeing things we can’t see with our own eyes.
Kame represents death, harmony, and rebirth. Something has to die in order for us to appreciate life. Something needs to end for something new to begin. It reminds us of the cycles of death and rebirth, and reincarnation.
**The number 8 represents the complete energies of matter and spirit realms.

Como la energía de Kame representa, en general, a todos los seres etéreos “del otro lado del velo”, este día nos invita a convertirnos en un puente entre los reinos espiritual y físico. La mayoría de la gente tiende a separarlos, pero eso no tiene sentido. Lo físico no existiría sin el Espíritu, pero el Espíritu puede existir sin lo físico. Sólo porque no experimentemos los reinos espirituales con nuestros cinco sentidos, no significa que no existan. Significa que tenemos que aprender a ver y sentir más allá de nuestros cinco sentidos.
Podemos conectar con los reinos espirituales sin restar importancia a nuestra experiencia física como humanos. Al fin y al cabo, somos espíritus teniendo una experiencia física.
La energía de este día nos recuerda que nuestros guías y ancestros siempre están caminando con nosotr@s. Todo lo que tenemos que hacer es mirar en nuestro interior para sentirlos porque son parte de nosotr@s. En los días de Kame, honramos a nuestros ancestros y a los ancestros de la tierra en la que vivimos. Reforzamos la relación que tenemos con ellos. Les damos las gracias y pedimos su protección y guía. También podemos pedir que se activen los dones y las fuerzas que hemos heredado de ellos.
Si hoy sientes que echas de menos a alguien que ya no está en este plano terrestre, recuerda que para el Espíritu no hay separación, tiempo ni espacio. Si tienes una clara intención de reconectarte con ellos, podrás sentirlos como parte de ti y disfrutar del hermoso sentimiento que viene con esa realización. Nunca estamos sol@s, aunque físicamente pueda parecerlo.

Kame representa la muerte, la armonía y el renacimiento. Algo tiene que morir para que podamos apreciar la vida. Algo tiene que terminar para que comience algo nuevo. Nos recuerda los ciclos de muerte y renacimiento, y la reencarnación.
