The mind plays a huge part in the construction of our reality, starting from the cosmic mind that creates everything that exists. We have the collective mind that contributes to the creation of our collective reality and the individual mind that creates our immediate reality, among other things.
What we experience in our lives is by the resonance of our mind, conscious, unconscious, and subconscious. If you don’t like your reality and you are not aware of how you created it, look into your subconscious, as we create our reality mostly from there. That is why we seem to have no control over our personal reality.
We can create anything if we become and vibrate in that frequency in the present. Everything is energy and vibration. As like attracts like, the vibration of our thoughts and beliefs attracts a lot of what we experience. Whatever we focus on, we will bring into manifestation. Our minds are such a powerful tool.
Are your thoughts and beliefs limiting, of fear, scarcity, and lack, or are they of abundance, love, and infinite possibilities?
NO’J reminds us to pay attention to our thoughts and beliefs, discern which of them are ours and which are not, and which ones we need to change. La mente desempeña un enorme papel en la construcción de nuestra realidad, empezando por la mente cósmica que crea todo lo que existe. Tenemos la mente colectiva que contribuye a la creación de nuestra realidad colectiva y la mente individual que crea nuestra realidad inmediata, entre otras cosas.
