KAME invites us today to let die an old image of us or a belief that keeps us in the same loop of repeating the same old patterns that don’t support our healing. To become the best expression of ourselves, we need to let go of what doesn’t support it. Enough of carrying the same sorrows, giving the same excuses, and playing the same old “tunes”.
Today, you can let an old part of you die to embrace a new expression of you, the You that embodies the divinity of your soul. You can learn from the seed that transforms into a plant or the leaves that fall from the tree to become compost and nurture the same tree. Surrender to the process of your transformation. Death and rebirth go hand in hand. Death is nothing more than a transformation process.
Our mind will resist that process as it fears the new. But if we tap into our heart center and inner guidance, we can stop resisting. If you feel lost in this process, remember that our guides and ancestors are always with us, they are not limited to time and space. All we need to do is call them for guidance and be willing to listen and feel.
**KAME represents the dimension of the Ancestors, and the beings that are “on the other side of the veil”. Is the blood and spiritual lineage. The ones that walk with us all the time, guiding and protecting us. KAME is represented by the owl, this magical animal capable of seeing in the dark and seeing things we can’t see with our own eyes.
KAME represents death, harmony, and rebirth. Something has to die in order for us to appreciate life. Something needs to end for something new to begin. It reminds us of the cycles of death and rebirth, and reincarnation.

KAME nos invita hoy a dejar morir una vieja imagen de nuestra o una creencia que nos mantiene en el mismo bucle de repetir los mismos viejos patrones que no apoyan nuestra sanación. Para convertirnos en la mejor expresión de nosotr@s mismos, necesitamos dejar ir lo que no lo apoya. Ya está bien de cargar con las mismas penas, dar las mismas excusas y tocar las mismas viejas “melodías”.
Hoy puedes dejar morir una vieja parte de ti para abrazar una nueva expresión de ti, el Tú que encarna la divinidad de tu alma. Puedes aprender de la semilla que se transforma en planta o de las hojas que caen del árbol para convertirse en abono y nutrir el mismo árbol. Ríndete al proceso de tu transformación. La muerte y el renacimiento van de la mano. La muerte no es más que un proceso de transformación.
Nuestra mente se resistirá a ese proceso ya que teme lo nuevo. Pero si aprovechamos nuestro centro del corazón y nuestra guía interior, podemos dejar de resistirnos. Si te sientes perdido en este proceso, recuerda que nuestros guías y ancestros están siempre con nosotr@s, no están limitados al tiempo y al espacio. Todo lo que tenemos que hacer es llamarlos para que nos guíen y estar dispuestos a escuchar y sentir.

Los que caminan con nosotros todo el tiempo, guiándonos y protegiéndonos. KAME representa la muerte, la armonía y el renacimiento. Algo tiene que morir para que algo pueda nacer. Algo tiene que terminar para que algo nuevo comience. Nos recuerda los ciclos de la reencarnación.
