If we knew the entire story of someone we label as “bad” we could start understanding what made the person be like that.
It doesn’t matter how many times you lose your focus or come back to the same old habits and thoughts. Don’t be hard on yourself.
Forgiving someone doesn’t mean their behavior was ok or we need to keep letting them hurt us. It is about loving ourselves enough.
By planting forgiveness, Love, and compassion (in ourselves first), we can experience a shift. We can start little by little.
A powerful healing exercise is to wish a person we resent to heal from their wounds, awaken to their true divinity, and have inner peace.
On this day, we can ask our guides and ancestors to help us with an ancestral healing process through forgiveness.
