If we knew the entire story of someone we label as “bad” we could start understanding what made the person be like that.
It doesn’t matter how many times you lose your focus or come back to the same old habits and thoughts. Don’t be hard on yourself.
Forgiving someone doesn’t mean their behavior was ok or we need to keep letting them hurt us. It is about loving ourselves enough.
Today we can reflect on what or who needs forgiveness in our lives. Maybe we need to forgive ourselves and be kind to ourselves.
Compassion lets us understand that if someone hurts others, they are also wounded and hurting inside.
Today we can meditate on the last cycle and see what we have learned, what still needs change, and the blessings that have come our way.
By planting forgiveness, Love, and compassion (in ourselves first), we can experience a shift. We can start little by little.
A powerful healing exercise is to wish a person we resent to heal from their wounds, awaken to their true divinity, and have inner peace.
Today we can do a recapitulation of our life to see what we have learned, what still needs to change, and the blessings received.
