When we forgive, we release a burden we’ve been carrying that affects us on different levels.
Today is a good day to ask for forgiveness or forgive someone. Holding resentment only affects us personally.
Today we can meditate on the last cycle and see what we have learned, what still needs change, and the blessings that have come our way.
You can ask yourself what you have learned from a challenging experience or relationship with someone, or even something you did.
By planting forgiveness, Love, and compassion (in ourselves first), we will eventually start harvesting what we long for.

Today, we can practice compassion and forgiveness towards ourselves and others. It is not easy to change our habits, mindset, and beliefs.
If we knew the entire story of someone we label as “bad” we could start understanding what made the person be like that.
It doesn’t matter how many times you lose your focus or come back to the same old habits and thoughts. Don’t be hard on yourself.
Forgiving someone doesn’t mean their behavior was ok or we need to keep letting them hurt us. It is about loving ourselves enough.
