NO’J reminds us to pay attention to our thoughts and beliefs, discern which of them are ours and which are not, and which ones we need to change.
NO’J connects us with ancient and higher knowledge that has been held by elders and higher vibrational beings for a very long time.
KAN reminds us of the importance of self-discipline in our conscious journey. As we take responsibility for our energy, we begin to access the potential that lies within.
Have you ever questioned if your thoughts, beliefs, desires, and goals are really yours or the ones of others?
We can focus on integrating our spiritual practice into our daily chores. We can work on being present while doing the dishes, for example.
Higher knowledge and ancient wisdom need to be honored, as they come with a lot of responsibility and inner work.
Our inner process is our responsibility. No one is going to come and do it for us.
Are you trying to find truth and wisdom inside of you? Or are you just accepting what others show you as truth?
There is a reason for the challenging moments, people, and the relationships we experience in our lives. They come to teach us something.
Kan represents the power of self-discipline, which helps us make changes and create healthy habits in our daily lives.
